Vitamin d deficiency
My vitamin d level is 6.5, i have been feeling pain in midback and leg and also a bit of imbalance and lightheaded rest blood report is normal. Could vitamin deficiency be a reason?

There are multiple reasons for Vitamin D Deficiency in anyone. In fact it is very common in Asian and Indian populations. You would need proper assessment and medications to be prescribed for Vitamin D deficiency

cap vit D3 60k IU weekly once for 8 weeks sunlight exposure in early morning between 6am to 9 am increase physical activity
