I have vitamin D deficiency (19ng/ml) and taking Uprise d3 60k for 4weeks. I get calf/lower leg pain, worse after side sleeping unknowingly. Is this common? How can I avoid side sleeping and reduce pain?

Continue taking vit D once a week for another 4 weeks and add a calcium+magnesium supplement for 1 month. Keep active throughout the day, the symptoms you are experiencing is similar to muscle cramps. Keep drinking water at least 2L per day, all pain will go away. You can sleep to the side as well no harm
