Vitamin D deficiency
Hello.. My Age is 35 and recently went through blood test and vitamin D is 4.3.. Is it fyn to take vit D3 tablets 60k... Weekly one tablet for 3 months suggested.. Any other suggestions to improve the levels.. what problems are  related with the deficiency plz explain

Take Vit D3 60k once/wk for three months. Repeat Vit D3 test. Only other source of Vit D than sunlight is, Fish, and Egg yolk. Problems related to Vit D3 Deficiency: Muscle weakness Bone pain Fatigue Mood changes Frequent infections.
