Sit backs in place by itself after dislocating by itself when I start walking. Having this issue from 2006, how do I strengthen my muscle so that I can start using my right hand like a normal person without any limitations In motion. Now I cannot Fall asleep with right hand over my head. If I do that I would have dislocated my hand in the morning, happend once.

Firstly I would like to find which type of dislocation that you have got and will have to look into the muscles involved in weakness and/or tightness.
