Shoulder dislocation
Hi, I dislocated my right shoulder 11 months ago, it was an anterior dislocation, I was on sling for a month, after that I got done the MRI scan, report says soft bankart lesion and hill sachs lesion, I did Physiotherapy for a 3 months, recently I started workout I still get pain, if I do exercises like jumping jack or push ups, and the pain lasts for a day, I am passionate about lifting weights, will this heal itself without surgery?

You might do well without surgery but don't push yourself for lifting too much weight and if it dislocates again then there is no option other than Surgery. Surgery or no surgery both will have pros and cons, you need to strike a balance what you want.
