Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Dear Sir, Shoulder pain can occur due to several conditions. Either frozen shoulder, rotator cuff pathology or calcific tendonitis. However it is difficult to know unless examined by a shoulder specialist.

it may be a stiff shoulder, called as FROZEN SHOULDER. take hot fomentation twice a day. Do stick exs, pendular exs, visit a Physiotherapist.. Dr. will guide u in better way.
