Left arm pain
From past 3-4 days, my left arm and shoulder is paining. The muscle pain starts from neck. Also gets numb at sometimes.

It can be due to spasm of the neck muscles. Numbness at times needs to be evaluated by ortho or Neurosurgeon. But seems like just spasm. Can try some muscle relaxant gels and see if it helps. Better consult your doctor if the pain persists.

Neck pain and its radiation to arms is usually due to cervical spine problem..it is usually associated with weakness and numbness..it needs a complete neurological examination to confirm the diagnosis..consult a neurosurgeon and follow his advice

Firstly avoid long sitting and toward bending Then tk muscle relaxant medicine and hot and ice pack twice a day and do rest if it work then OK otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment avoid computer work

Hello...., this could be due to irregular posture assumed during sleeping .or neck twisting exercises. Or due to trauma .. If you have history of trauma get an x Ray and consult orthopedic doctor in nearest hospital . Ice compression heps in reducing swelling .
