Bone & Muscle problems

Last few times after I get up in the morning, I can't move my neck.. This happened twice in the last 2 months and each time the problem lasts at least 5 days. Is it due to any deficiency?

Below the knee almost 3 inches where there is a slight protuting part of the bone. There is severe pain just there or above. I have stopped playing badminton for the last 5 months. Pain has been relieved but only momenatrily. The moment I stree on that part while stretching or playing it starts to pain again.

I have osteopenia and whole body muscle twitching. all esr, crp, rf, thyroid, testosteron, vit d, b 12 are normal.

Hello My brother banged his hand 20days back injuring his little finger of left hand with little swelling and bearable pain.. But with the time passing there was no betterment in his condition or wot so ever. So Today he went to see doctor and found out he has hairline fracture. Since it's already been 20 days doc suggested against plastering it.. He suggested it may not heal now.. What sud we do.. Is his finger ganna remain like this forever??

I am having shoulder cuff pain since yesterday morning. I usually sleep on that shoulder more. Pain gets a bit sharper when I try to lift hand in certain direction. Is it serious or it will be okay after few days.
