Whenever I sit for more than an hour in my computer chair and then suddenly when I get up I could not stand on my feet. I feel pain in putting my right feet on floor. There is a lot of pain in heel bone of my right feet. The pain could be felt for a couple of minutes. Suggest what to do. Is it something serious?

He is having too much pain from his neck to waist in left hand side. The pain is such that he cannot even lift his hand or even breathing gets troubled.

I had dengue 2 months before and recovered. Platelet count 2lac + now. From last 20 days back of knee(popliteal fossa) pain while stretching and closing, heel pain while walking, severe hairfall(taking ADHAIR tablet after consulting dermatologist). But pain which I have seems normal or symptoms of Dengue again?

Hi, I'm suffering from restless leg syndrome ....I think. While sleeping in night my full leg feel's me restless and tending to stretch downward and sidewise it feel relaxing...but sound of musle or may be bone occur. Pls suggest me because of this I can't sleep.

When I stand after being in the squat position for some time (example- While using an Indian toilet) I have a pain/cramp in my left knee for about 30 secs. I have to limp while walking for this time. There is never an issue apart from this. I run, walk without any problem. So what seems to b d issue? Any remedy plz

Hi I am suffering with have dizziness, and found with vertigo symptoms since two years ! But yet having acute pain with right hand and neck coz of loss of cervical lordosis ! My question is that is vertigo cause coz of loss of lordosis ? If yes than please suggest me medication and treatments !

Suffering knee problem since last 7 yrs. At present she has been hospitlised in ghatkoper hospital for severe knee pain. The last week x-ray report shows degenrative changes seen in right leg knee join. Accordingly doctor has suggested knee replacement operation. Kindly advice we should go with doctor advice or some other treatment. Secondly i would also like to know how was the life of knee replacement instrument and usefulness in day to day life. Hi , My husband is working in night shifts and he has lower backbone pain. We tested with a doctor nearby and he advised to increase the level of calcium in body as it was low for him and do exercises. He also gets that pain when he rides bike for a long time and usually he has to ride for more than 45 mins to and fro from office to house . I kindly request to get me the tips or suggestions in his diet that will be helpful to reduce the pain and also i wanted to mention here that he feels pain with the back if he stands for a long time . I am looking forward your reply so that we can take the next step to reduce the pain
