Lower back injury
Yesterday my grandmother fell due to slight push by a cow while feeding her arnd 10am, she fell straight on back and since then she is feeling a lot of pain in back and right lower abdomen, she is able to move slightly and is able to move her legs aswell but is feeling immense pain in back and when we gave her combiflam it reduced a lil but soon she vomited. Since yesterday he hasn't ate something solid and is unable to digest anything. In this case what we should do, our family doctor gave her injection for pain and vomit.

Apply ice on the affected part for 10-15mins and keep it at rest flat. Get a xray done under a follow up with orthosurgeon. For medication and then a physical therapist if fracture is not detected. She will be allright.

Hello there. Consult a orthopedician ASAP. It could be a fracture of neck of femur. Don't delay any further. Take her ASAP. Regards
