Frustration & obssession
Got panic-stricken before every important work, gets frustrated to the highest extent. That makes me unable to complete any type of work. and then it makes me feel too devastated. on the contrary I've a little bit obsessions too, it hampers my career as well; need a help badly.

Not a psychiatrist. But got opion. First of all. For any work u r assigned. Write down d necessary things for that work, say required things, procedures etc, count do's and dont's. Set a prior time limit for ur work to be done. Start practicing, and focusing on work. Develop interest in the work assigned. Things get better slowly so dont expect miracle at once. Have patience and keep taking 2 minute rest between hectic schedules. For obsessions. U can change this behaviour. By setting priorities. Whats important more is the key! Hope this helps u.
