Knee pain,muscles around Thai pain up to the level can't stand properly from almost 3 months consulted best orthopedicians but pain is same and intolerable.pls suggest

According ur age arthritis is issue but may be initial stage so tk a X-Ray .
Calcium supplements if pain is intolerable so tk physiotherapy treatment for few days and do quadriceps exercise for muscle strength .

Might b u have sciatic pain or axial femoral nerve pain.. might b have knee arthritis or quadriceps muscles weakness and haemastring tightness. So U should take physiotherapy.. take stimulation, ultrasound and moist hot pack.. physiotherapist will teach u some muscles relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercises.. try this hope u better soon..
