I have lower back pain, wanted to know is it good if i go for physiotherapy or just go for medicines

I have a pain in my right heel only i am having a weight around 98 kg but only my right heel is paining and its unbearable for me sometime what should I do

When summer comes I get pain in my legs and everything goes fine in winter. Shown many places but didn't find any satisfactory solution..pls help!!

I workout in the gym and generally lift heavy. When I was squatting with 200 pounds, I felt a prick kind of sensation in my last set last rep. Ever since I'm getting that sensation quite often like when I bend to tie the lace or when I try to bend sideways... However this has not stopped me completely from training.

I injured my right hand ring finger while playing cricket. My physiotherapist said it was Mallet finger and i had to undergo physiotherapy and wear a frog splint. After a month of therapy and split wearing it is still the same bent finger just with no pain. Its been 1.5 yrs now. Is there any way i can get it cured?

I have a neck pain and limited range of motion from sleeping in a bad position, now I am not able to rotate my head completely. I have a chronic Left Ankle Ligament tear Grade 2 injury from 2014. It happened due to twist while playing football and then it continued twisting some more times. I took an MRI as suggested by Ortho doctor and was diagnosed with grade2 tear and was suggested Physio for some months after continuing physio for 45 days I found the pain decreasing but it never stopped. Currently I cannot run and play. I have visited more than 5 physios but couldnt find any relief. Can some doctor suggest me any treatment. I have some anterior TabioFibular ligament tear. I would be obliged if i get any help. Thanks in anticipation.
