Dear sir, i start morning walk (jogging) two week ago but now my knee paining very badly should continue morning walk or stop.is this any serious injury? what should i do?

Its a common thing particularly when you have started recently but just make sure you do warm up and stretching exercises before jogging. Use proper jogging shoes...for piano relief you can apply Ice and Give some rest to your knees
