I recently underwent a knee surgery. As a result of tht, I have a injury/ wound on my thigh because of the tourniquet. It's causing a lot of pain and discomfort. What can be done to treat it at the earliest?

I slept in a wrong position where my right arm was beneath my whole body. I'm not able to move freely now as it pains at certain movement and this is extended to my shoulder. Yesterday I applied a pain relief paste and massage it but instead of releasing the pain, it is more painful now.

Few months back i had met with an accident nd had 8 stiches between my feet thumb and its joint nd iam facing a lot problem in bending nd all should i go for a surgery or any other solution

Hi i have a problem since 10 years.my left hand shoulder joints is moved sometimes, while playing cricket,or doing some warm ups. so if it happens, am getting severe pain for few minutes, after that, the pain slowly stables for minimum two days.Particularly it happens on the same spot,every time. Hello Doctor, My husband works in IT Industry, few months back his left hand wrist was lightly swollen, we didn't consult any doctor but now the swelling is moved to his palm, there is no pain symptoms the only this he unable lo fist his hand tightly. to whom we need to consult for better treatment please help ..
