Severe pain started in upper chest area. Left hand is also feels like heavy. Is it due to pollution or smoking? What should I do to reduce pain?

Hello there, immediately show yourself in the nearest hospital emergency room....any chest pain with heaviness/tingling/pain is not a good sign.even if you are feeling better now get your ecg done and blood preassure checked,get an expert physician opinion on your symptoms and yes smoking is a definate NO.
