Horizontal Dent on right upper thigh
I have suddenly noticed a dent on my right thigh on the upper side. There is no pain to touch. I am not sure if it was already there as I noticed it today. I have recently started doing workouts since 4 days. Can it be due to that?

As it is not painful, it doesn't seem to be worrisome. There is a possibility that it might be there previously but went unnoticed. Workout may cause muscle spasm sometimes which may cause such irregularity over the soft tissue.
Next Steps
If you feel its abnormal, better to go for clinical examination and get all possibilities ruled out..
Health Tips
You can continue all your routine work..
