Need a full pain assessment with neurological assessment to determine the cause of the pain. Need targeted history along with further investigations prior to making a diagnosis and treatment plan.
The reasons of leg pain can be multiple from local inflammation to a nerve damage or tumour or disc prolapse; also if could be from nerve compression anywhere along its path or muscle tightness.
Would need assessment in toto.

The numbness and tightness in your thigh, along with the violet mark, could be due to nerve compression (like Meralgia Paresthetica) or vascular issues (e.g., a small bruise). Low B12 levels may also contribute to neurological symptoms. A consultation with a doctor for a physical exam and possibly imaging is recommended.
