Hi Doc, I did a 250 kms trip on a royal enfield and was fine during the ride and slowly developed a muscle catch in the neck area. I applied nicer gel and volini which reduced the pain and gave a temporary. The pain gradually decreased and now i am able to move my neck and there still seems to be a slight pain in the morning and decreases during the evening. Also the catch was on the left side of the neck and on turning the head towards right i feel a pull from my elbow. seems like there is a nerve connected and im trying to pull it . Please suggest .

Hello Doctor, I was on trip sometime back at mountain area there i fell. from then i have pain in my left leg thigh. I have pain in veins of left thigh also. Hello, Im addicted to gutkha, and recently since few months i feel some sensation in left cheek, like muslces getting hard some nerve tickling kind of stuff, when i started getting this i visited a dentist they said everything is normal, and then later had master healt check up, things were normal as well, but i continue to use it and trying to quit it by using nicotine patches but its not helping as i use it i start getting stomach pain after some time, so again i started chewing gutkha and i continue to feel sensation and nerves on left side, and occassional itching as well near the neck, please advise what should i do to get this to normal and what can i do to avoid gutkha chewing.
