I am a little overweight. I never tried running when i was slim. Now whenever i run it causes pain in my knees. Is it sign of some health issue. I m 5'2" 68 kg and 24 year old female

If you r running for burning calories then it is advisable to do exercises which put less stress on the knees. This includes brisk walking, cycling or swimming. Weight may cause knees to pain when you do running or skipping. Once you loose weight then you can run and train your muscles accordingly.
