Knee cap stucked

Asked for Male, 46 Years

My road accident on 21jan16 then hair fracture before knee (2Inch) this is ok now . Deep injury in knee right ( but Knee was Ok) now my leg is tilting 40 digree and physio is saying that kneecap is stucked .. then any other option is available to free knee cap
