Big Toe paining
Today mrg i am stepping down from steps fast my left leg big toe twisted and bit blood came and able move it with pain ..did i need to take any medicine for it... in 2 days i have driving licence.

Sir, based on the history you are giving it might be a fracture of the big toe or injury to the soft tissue and muscle around the toe or a broken big toe nail. If its a injury to soft tissue, just a pain killer, ice packs and rest will heal it.if its a broken nail then you have to get it removed to avoid infection so consult a surgeon if that's the case. But if you have a swollen toe, painful to wear shoes and difficult to walk, blood under the nail. kindly consult a orthopedician since you might need a x-ray to rule out the fracture and if you really have a fracture then managing it with just a splint or a surgery will be based on the severity of the fracture.
