Big toe pain
I have big toe pain since last 1.5 months. Had got uric acid checked which was high and had taken treatment for 10 days for swelling which incl colchicine and steroid. Swelling subsided but has come back again. Uric acid now is 5.6. X rays are attached

Symptoms are of gout. If you just have swelling continue steroids for three more days , if you have pain take tab indocap SR.
