My Left leg first finger too much pain It wll occur offen but it is very pain Can I know the reason and remedy for this

Pain and swelling of the great toe is commonly due to Gout. It is arthritis of the joint due to high uric acid level in the blood. You need to take anti-inflammatory drug and drug to reduce uric acid level.
