Bone & Muscle problems

Hi..I weigh 73kgs and have back pain from 5Days. .consulted physiotherapist and much better now.. I want to know..That can I join gym for weight loss? ? Is gym will effect me because of back problem??? my dad also have back problem and had operation of slip disk..he advising me not to join gym... and if not gym..then by which physical activity I can loose weight ?? Till now..I have back pain three times. ..Firstly in sept 2015..den a severe one in November. ..I went to doctor and he said gap between two discs are reduced(lower disc) ...and he advised physiotherapy(attraction and vibrations for blood circulation ).. N now it's third time..but this time,it is muscle pull.. Please suggest me..I really want to loose weight

In my feet, there is severe pain started during walk. When i start walking it suddenly feel like my feets got disconnected and pain start. And when i stop to massage and touch my legs below the knees i feel like senseless muscle and legs. My legs could not lift my feets but after 20-30min of resting i feel some sense again. Please help me out what's the problem

Every morning when I get up, I feel a sharp pain in my entire body. Both muscles and joints starts paining. Previously I thought it was due to workout (I go for morning walk) but then I realized the pain does not goes off and to add on for the past 6 months I am facing knee cracking pain. Whenever I am walking my knee suddenly, is locked however, I do not face any trouble in walking but this cracking sound and pain is troubling me. Is it due to over weight (I am 87 Kg’s and 5.3” women)? If so what should I do? I am l already into weight loss program. Moreover, I am having flat feet, are these things inter related? Please suggest.

Hi doctor . Before 33 days I fall while playing and I fet ankle leg facture . Now I m in plaster cast 33 days . Now can I remove plaster cast? And i feel no pain means my bone heald? is it possible to remove plaster cast in 33 days?

Lower right backpain lasting from 2 months..ortho,physio and physician couldn't detect the issue.all tests,mri and pet scan normal.except crp report showing 77 (>5 normal)

I have a pain near the joint of my shoulder and arm. I feel it painful when moving my arm away from the body. Also when I try to flex my biceps. I get this pain intermittently. What could be the reason. Is it due to my work nature?

I have got a swelling at the beginning of my butt crack. And it's painful and it seems a like a knot has formed there. Whenever I bend/ lay on my bed or get up from any sitting position my head starts spinning for few seconds. I started living in a hostel from last month and the mattress isn't good plus it's an iron bed. What should I do to get relieved from this pain? I'm not able to sleep on my back nor sleep properly.

I am suffering from incomplete paraplegia from last 5 years able to move my legs while sitting but not able to stand. Please help me.

Sir or madam my mother is 45 years old she have severe leg and hip pain so she consulted near by doctor and they said to take a X-ray in that x ray she had a gap in her spinal cord they gave her medicine but gave no results she is going office wearing a hip belt without that she is feeling very painful her office is in karapakkan we are in mylapore she is daily going by train and she has severe leg pain also she struggle to sleep in night so please say any treatment for this .
