My knees after running...
I have 66 weight and 5"5 inches height.. For lose my weight I have to light running for 20 to 25 mins.. So is it fine with my knees????

If you want to jog do it on soft surface and not metalled surface. You can also start with cycling which is less stressful on the knees.
