Occasional pain in lower back knee
I am having pain in lower back which is triggered when i bend down also sometimes pains near knee joint while standing not for that long. i am even taking good rest but pain comes back when i bend down i am a little overweight since two years my weight is 70 kgs height 5 ft 5 inches

Permanent solution lies in reducing weight that is according to your height ma'am. Maintain BMI below 25..., preferably below 22.5.
