Knee pain from 4-5 days
About 4-5 days back I was in my toilet ( Indian toilet) and when I got up I had a really bad knee pain and the areas surrounding knee and I had to limp fir 15-20 seconds and then the pain got less but then next morning when I went to toilet then again the pain started it got less but it was still there in the knee and the  back portion of the knee. I am massaging my knee and back area of knee  the pain is really dim but still there and while standing sometimes the back portion of knee hurts. Moreover, sometimes I am practicing sitting in squat position again and again so after standing after the first attempt the pain dims in 2-3 attempt but doesn't goes away. Avoid squatting at present. Pain can be because of a torn meniscus. Use ice packs , basic painlkillers and a crepe bandage at present. And visit your local orthopaedic surgeon for examination.
