Pain in butt after sitting on toilet
I've had the problem of constipation and due to which I used to sit on toilet for long. This has now caused inflammation in my butt muscles. I can't sit for long even on soft surfaces. The pain is in bone as well. How do I cure it?

Along with the medication for constipation & change of food habits, you must have some ergonomical changes of your toilet setup, like hight change , hand supports on both side ect..then pls do some pelvic floor & leg exercises.Morning walk & jogging will also help you. Pls also look for your bone density test.
