I get back pain when I am sitting for longer time (30+ min). The location of the pain is around the middle back. This issue is persisting since last few months initially I ignored but now it is getting worse when I sit for longer time.
I previously had UTI, I'm not sure if that is relevant .

Back pain in a 19-year-old that appears after sitting for 30 minutes or more is most commonly due to poor posture, weak back/core muscles, or prolonged static sitting, especially around the mid-back this type of pain worsening with sitting and improving with movement is usually muscle-related, not a serious spine problem a past UTI is generally not related unless there are current urinary symptoms like burning fever, or flank pain long hours on a chair, slouching, phone/laptop use, and lack of regular movement can gradually make symptoms worse. improving sitting posture, taking breaks every 30 minutes, and basic back strengthening usually help; medical evaluation is needed if pain persists, spreads, or occurs at rest.
