Pain in right knee
It's been 5-6 days since I have pain in my right knee after getting up from sitting in a squat position in toilet I've never had any pain before this and I only get this pain after sitting in squat position for long times I am able to continue my daily activities but when I am putting my whole weight on right leg then the back of  the knee/ knee is hurting a little.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep a pillow under the knee. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.-   lower limbs  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days.
