This pain is not because of caesarean section but due to recumbency or being bed ridden for a long time which leads to weakness and tightness in the muscles and when you get up /change posture/do weight bearing after a long rest, it causes pain and stiffness.

Did you have any complication with epidural during c section surgery? Occasionally that can cause injury to a nerve and cause pain in leg. It can also be due to stiffness or weakness. Try doing Hamstring and Quadriceps stretching exercises, ice packs and if pain improves start strengthening. Otherwise consult an ortho Physiotherapist.
Try to see if you have swelling, if you do have swelling immediately apply ice.
Jot down when you get the pain and what helps
Avoid doing the movements that gives you pain.
