Severe knee pain since 4+ months
Good noon doctor, am breastfeeding mother to 18months old daughter , am having severe knee pain only left side unable to sit and stand up also sleeping is becoming difficult unable to stretch sometimes frozen also very bad knee back side pain i have , met orthopaedic he said to apply flexabenz ointment but still no improvement been month plus please help whenever i stand i feel am swaying always and dizzy type my legs have no energy what can i do thank you ? I stay out of India

Use knee cap/ brace for now and do physiotherapy. If pain still persists get an MRI done. Not advisable to take any oral analgesics as you are breastfeeding. Continue using ointment with hot water fomentation

Take anti inflammatory pain killers for now and do hot water fomentation
