Back Spasm meds for breastfeeding mother
I pulled a muscle yesterday while getting up post bathing my baby. I have severe pain in my back an I am unable to get up from the bed. Is there a painkiller which can be taken other than Dolo 650 since I am still breastfeeding the baby.

The commonest mistake every new other makes is not exercising. Exercises should be Initiated from the 4 th month of pregnancy and should continue for treatment 1 year post delivery. What you are experiencing is spasm due to overuse and neglect. Etoricoxib 90mg or Aceclofenac 100mg will help. What will give instant relief is if you visit a good physiotherapist who can manuallrelease the spasm and can guide you on a proper back rehab program.
