Take paracetamol 500mg tablets in morning and evening after food for 2 days, Try to keep a pillow below your knees for relaxing your back muscles while sleeping, Avoid sitting and bending for long time, Hydrate your body with plenty of water, stop doing gym for few days,if pain is very severe and not tolerating for regular activities take a consultation.
