Knee pain from last 4 months
From last 4 months, I have been suffering from knee pain. Pain is in the corner of both knees,where ligaments and nerve can be felt. Its really very painful whenever I bow down or kneel down.

How did the pain started and what about the progression of pain? Is there any history of injury specially twisting injury? But anyways you can always start with analgesics and physiotherapy. Is they doesn’t work consult Orthopaedic doctor.

IN all probability you are having patellofemoral pain. Avoid sitting cross-legged/kneeling/squatting for all practical purposes and sit on a height and surface from where you can get up with ease. Avoid sitting for longer duration. Walk as much as you can tolerate.
Next Steps
Perform stretching exercises. Get a skyline view of your knees to assess patella alignment.

Please get an X-ray of both your knees Also get your vitamin D, B12, RA factor and Uric Acid checked In the meanwhile take some analgesics
