Pain in Neck and Shoulder from 3 months
Hello sir, I have been suffering from pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulder for the last 3 months. It makes me very uncomfortable. Sometimes it goes to the shoulder. I have attached the XRay please have a look and suggest the condition to me.

Yes there is stiffness visible at neck even in your xray.
Next Steps
Get physiotherapy for neck, it will relax muscles around neck. Further to that theyll teach you muscle strengthening exercises. Get an MRI of neck done.

Please get it checked for radiculqr pain if it’s thr go for mri or else Physio with neck exercises will suffice
