I am 90 kgs having 5.2 height. I am trying a lot for weight loss but unable to do as I have chronic body pains and it increases whenever I do any kind of workout. I am already taking home made simple diet. Any tips for weight loss in this condition!! Please tell.

Stop sugar, edible oil , salt as much as possible, ...2 times breakfast, 2 meals.... evening meal before 7 pm...lunch 2 fulke, dinner 2 fulke...add fruits, sprouts, salad in diet,.... cycling or walking 45 minutes per day....u will definately reduce weight
