I Have Severe Leg Pain. It Seems Ligament Problem, I Am Using Ayurvedic Oil For Massage And Giving Hot Water. Kindly Give The Suggesstion What To Do For Further Treatment. In Future It Will Not Effect My Pain After The Age Of 50yrs. Kindly help me out.

There are many reasons for ligament pain either muscle weakness or any type of injury, apply ice pack on muscles and also apply some ointment, but u must consult to any physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor...
