I woke up during the night with severe leg cramps with spasms that was to my hips, my feet and hands were cramping and trying to turn inward. the pain was severe. i thought if i tried to walk to my kitchen it might ease up. i was standing at my bar holding on to the edge when it felt like something hit me in the back of the head, i fell to the floor and passed out for a few seconds. when i woke up the cramps were gone but i was very sore all over. i feel better now but kinda worried that it will

Hello, it may be either because of Tight Piriformis muscle, tight Iliotibial band or tight calf muscles. It's better to do some stretching exercises before sleeping, you will surely feel better with time. Sometimes, it happens that tight trapezius muscle spasm can cause the symptoms like someone is hitting on our back of head. Just keep yourself flexible enough to stay fit and healthy.
