Your symptoms involve multiple muscle groups and joints, while your MRI spine and CK (creatine kinase) are normal, making a major muscle disease or significant lumbar spine problem less likely. A Vitamin D level of around 26.5 can contribute to generalized musculoskeletal pain, but it may not be the only cause. Since your pain has persisted for over a month, is worse in the morning, and is now involving your shoulder, wrist, and thumb, I would advise a detailed evaluation by a Physician or Rheumatologist to rule out inflammatory, metabolic, or other systemic causes. Avoid self-medicating with painkillers for prolonged periods. You can also book an online consultation with me to review all your reports in detail and guide you further.
Next Steps
1.Consult a Physician/Rheumatologist with all your reports. 2.Repeat Vitamin D after treatment if advised. 3.Discuss additional tests such as ESR, CRP, ANA profile, HbA1c, thyroid profile review, and liver function evaluation with your treating doctor. 4.Continue only prescribed medications and start supervised stretching/physiotherapy if recommended.
Health Tips
Seek urgent medical attention if you develop progressive muscle weakness, fever, significant joint swelling, bowel/bladder symptoms, or unexplained weight loss.

Your symptoms involve several muscle groups and joints and are not fully explained by the lumbar MRI finding of “straightened curvature.” Normal CK, RA factor and ASO titres are reassuring, but they do not exclude every inflammatory, metabolic or medication-related condition. Morning/night pain with new shoulder, wrist and thumb symptoms warrants an in-person assessment by a orthopedician , particularly if stiffness lasts more than 30–60 minutes. The uric acid of 7.2 alone usually would not explain widespread muscle pain unless there are typical episodes of a red, hot and swollen joint.
Next Steps
Consult an orthopedician with all reports. Clinical examination of muscle strength, joints, nerves and pulses is important. The doctor may consider CBC, ESR/CRP, complete liver and kidney profile, electrolytes including calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, fasting glucose/HbA1c, repeat vitamin D with units, and further tests depending on examination. Please verify whether the vitamin-D result was 26.5 or 265, and confirm the units. If it is genuinely 265 ng/mL, stop further vitamin-D supplements and obtain prompt medical review, because very high levels can be harmful
Health Tips
Avoid continuing painkillers, muscle relaxants or supplements without medical supervision because your liver enzymes are elevated. Avoid alcohol, stay hydrated and do only gentle stretching until examined. Seek urgent care for progressive weakness, inability to walk, dark urine, fever, significant joint or calf swelling/redness, chest pain, breathlessness, loss of bladder/bowel control or numbness around the groin
