Leg cramps & thigh muscle pull - painful
I experience leg cramps and a thigh muscle pull two weeks ago after running. I now experience pain when getting up from the floor. Currently thigh muscle pull outside.

As suggested by sir, x ray can be done to rule out stress fracture but if not possible myscle can be assessed with stress test and can start with basic exercise to start healing.

Probably hamstring tightness. Better get evaluated once and then start streching exercise and quads strengthening exercises
