From your history, your pain appears to be related to prolonged sitting and posture after delivery. Since you improved with physiotherapy, it is likely a mechanical musculoskeletal problem rather than a permanent injury. Daily ultrasound therapy is usually not required for long-term recovery. The most important part is learning the correct stretching and strengthening exercises, which you can continue at home.
I would recommend consulting an Orthopaedic surgeon or for a proper examination. Depending on the exact location of your pain (lower back, tailbone, hip, or buttock), you may need an X-ray or MRI if symptoms have persisted for several months or if there is pain radiating to the legs.
Meanwhile:
Avoid sitting continuously for more than 20–30 minutes.
Use a firm cushion or lumbar support while feeding.
Try side-lying breastfeeding if comfortable.
Continue the exercises taught by your physiotherapist at home instead of daily ultrasound sessions.
Use pain medications only if prescribed and compatible with breastfeeding.
With the right diagnosis and a structured home exercise program, most postpartum mechanical back pain improves significantly.
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopaedic specialist for evaluation.
Carry any previous MRI/X-ray reports if available.
Continue home physiotherapy exercises regularly.
Seek urgent medical care if you develop leg weakness, numbness, loss of bladder/bowel control, fever, or severe night pain.
Health Tips
Please mention the exact location of your pain (lower back, tailbone, hip, buttock, or neck) and whether it radiates to your leg, as this will help determine the underlying cause and guide the appropriate treatment

It is most probably coccydynia. Inflammation of the tail bone.
Next Steps
Best treatment is to avoid direct touch of the affected part to sitting surface. Buy a coccydynia pillow for the same and use it every time you sit. Apply hot water bag. Take some anti inflammatory medicine for few days
