Tail bone hurt when i sit
I am facing tail bone problem after my pregnancy when I sit I feel tail bone hurting me please help me with good response.Help me with whom shall I consult is it a major problem as i can only feel but there is no pain

Also called as Coccydynia. Can happen due to sitting for long hours, Fall, Post pregnancy n sports injuries . Meet Tailbone pain specialist. Avoid sitting without cushion ( vSeat), no cycling no biking . Could be post/ ant subluxation. Generally it gets post pregnancy n gives bad pain .

Avoid long sitting. Avoid pressure. Avoid flat surface, Do gentle massage. Do hot fermentation. If problem doesn't solve then x-ray and physiotherapy treatment must with this

Dear friend Do ice cube message 3 to 4 times a day and also use donut pillow to sit, so that there's no direct pressure on your tail bone.

Its called coccydaemia. you should go to a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
Ultrasonic therapy+SWD is the treatment along with some exercises.do it for 2 weeks atleast. if required increase the time span.
Health Tips
At home: Do hot water bottle fomentation, apply some pain killer gel,don't sit on hard surface, use "coccydaemia ring /cushion" available in the market.

Hi dear, you may have coccyxdynia  ,  consult good physio to get proper assess and treatment ,  avoid sitting on hard surfaces,  and avoid prolong sitting,  Tc stay healthy..

Hello there..... Avoid prolonged sitting whenever possible  try to stand up and walk around regularly leaning forward while seated may also help....Wear loose-fitting clothes – avoid clothing that may put pressure on your tailbone....Apply warm and cold packs to your tailbone.... Consider antiinflammatory medications.... Consult your orthopedician.....
