Hello there..... Avoid prolonged sitting whenever possible try to stand up and walk around regularly leaning forward while seated may also help....Wear loose-fitting clothes – avoid clothing that may put pressure on your tailbone....Apply warm and cold packs to your tailbone.... Consider antiinflammatory medications.... Consult your orthopedician.....

Also called as Coccydynia. Can happen due to sitting for long hours, Fall, Post pregnancy n sports injuries . Meet Tailbone pain specialist. Avoid sitting without cushion ( vSeat), no cycling no biking . Could be post/ ant subluxation. Generally it gets post pregnancy n gives bad pain .
