I am facing tail bone problem after my pregnancy when I sit I feel tail bone hurting me please help me with good response.Help me with whom shall I consult is it a major problem as i can only feel but there is no pain

Also called as Coccydynia. Can happen due to sitting for long hours, Fall, Post pregnancy n sports injuries . Meet Tailbone pain specialist. Avoid sitting without cushion ( vSeat), no cycling no biking . Could be post/ ant subluxation. Generally it gets post pregnancy n gives bad pain .

Do gentle massage.
Do hot fermentation.

Avoid prolonged sitting whenever possible try to stand up and walk around regularly leaning forward while seated may also help....Wear loose-fitting clothes – avoid clothing that may put pressure on your tailbone....Apply warm and cold packs to your tailbone.... Consider antiinflammatory medications.... Consult your orthopedician.....
