I am suffering from shin splints and planter facia at least that's what my doctor told me. I have been treated with IFT, Ultra Sound, Dry needling, Acupuncture and taping too, but it did not work much and I have been facing this pain for past 2 years.

There is a definite need of proper assessment plantar fascitis usually responds very slowly and shin splints too you havent disclosed about your body weight and amount of time spent with shoes on. Try allowing your foot to breathe a little and do icing at heels, if you have started to walk recently try to be reasonable with your self donot over stress...
