Dear doctor, my father is having itching and infection like whonds from last few years he is a farmer that symptom is there from feets to nees bt not to foot we have met dermatologist bt no any cure has observed some severe condition there is swelling and wounds kindle provide him better treatment he has no diabetes ...

Helloo.. It's really difficult to suggest treatment without examining his foot...it might be some foreign body retained inside causing infection... Or fungal infection.... It's better you consult a surgeon and get your father's keg examined...he may require admission in order to evaluate him completely.... Thank you
