I have four scar in my hand in very bad condition. So i need a suggestion for this problem.. If know any cream for removed this scar,please help me...

I understand your feeling.
But we dis neither your image of your scar. If you could have described in a better way we could have helped you in a better way. Anyhow you have come sharing your details then we must help you as much as possible. There is an ointment named mederma. If the scar is too big then it might not work then you need to consult a cosmetic surgeon for your help.
