See my report. I have overgrown bone. But leave that. Is that smaller bulge in knee bone a problem ? I have pain on side of my left knee. Not the major bulge, the minor little bulge.

It should not be a problem. It's look like calcific tendinitis. It should come down by conservative treatment.
