Hello mam....with the symptoms you have provided it seems to be hinting at cervical spondylysis....but to be sure about it...i recommend you to have Xray taken in lat/AP position and have your calcium,VIT D and B12 levels checked...also can you remember of your shoulder being pushed or any jerk 5 days back ...in that case it could be more of a musculo-tendeno problem.
The treatment would be different based on the history you give....so do let me know.
