Since past 2 months I am feeling extremely sleepy during class hrs even tough I sleep for min 6hrs from 12:00am to 6:30am every day. Unlike before I feel very weak in doing regular works like even climbing 4 floors of my hostel makes me fall on my bed to catch my breath(more than before). I am not doing any exercises because of time issues and my meals consists of south Indian.What should I do?? What kind of specialist should I consult if I should??
