Suffering with acidity and constipation using antacids getting back pain on upper back left side and also right hand pain , back pain getting stressed while breathing can you please suggest whyiam getting this pain and whom to consult

Watery loose motions and cramps in my stomach . . started this morning .. what should i do  The pain is coming and going away one minute it's there other minute it feels normal

Frequent nausea, restlessness, and a vomiting sensation after dinner, usually within 30 to 60 minutes of eating. 3 to 4 episodes of actual vomiting have occurred over the past 20 days, roughly once every 7–8 days. I was prescribed Omeprazole by a general physician and took it for 1 week, which led to relief during that period. During that time, I followed a light diet including papaya, pomegranate, apple, kiwi, and simple roti-sabzi meals. 4 days after stopping Omeprazole, the same symptoms have returned. For the past 7–8 days, I’ve been taking buttermilk with dinner; since then, I’ve been experiencing frequent bowel movements at night. I occasionally experience mild breathlessness. I got my blood tests done 2 weeks ago as part of a full body checkup.Most of the results were normal, including: Liver function Kidney function Thyroid profile Complete Blood Count (CBC) Fasting blood sugar.1. LDL Cholesterol – 114.2 mg/dL,Non-HDL Cholesterol – 140 mg/dL,HbA1c- 5.8%

I am not able to empty my stomach in the morning Stool is NOT hard. My water intake is very low .. Tried laxative yesterday.but no effect Please suggest the treatment
